Job Summary
Senior Associate in Global Rewards supporting CIP's global rewards strategy. Responsibilities include designing and conceptualizing incentive schemes, developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and communication materials for senior stakeholders, helping to define and deliver the overall global rewards strategy, and contributing to the execution of rewards initiatives across CIP's markets. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement and driving strategic directions for rewards and incentives, with opportunities to participate in shaping CIP's global rewards framework and to grow through exposure to a fast-paced private equity environment. Degree in finance/economics/business with 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred; strong verbal and written communication, structured project leadership, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, impactful materials are expected. The position may be based in Copenhagen, with consideration for London-based candidates to join the London office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with exposure to rewards/incentives
- Relevant degree in finance, economics, business or related field
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate complex matters into clear messages
- Experience with rewards/incentives is an advantage but not required; willingness to learn in rewards and incentives
