Job Summary
Senior Associate, Paid Social responsible for planning and executing social marketing campaigns with a focus on bid optimization, testing, and budget flighting. Build insights and actions from client goals, conduct report analyses, develop projections and proposals, and understand/troubleshoot tracking processes. Proactively introduce ideas to improve performance, leverage advanced Excel and campaign-management tools, and collaborate with a senior supervisor to grow within the Digital Activation team. Opportunities to contribute to planning, learn from leading brands, and potentially switch disciplines within the broader marketing science space. This role combines autonomous execution with teamwork to drive client outcomes across paid social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) and requires comfort with data-driven decision making and reporting to optimize campaign performance.
