Job Summary
Partner with OD team and functional SMEs to develop and deliver learning programs, including in-person facilitation, e-learning modules, and content curation. Manage training logistics, prepare materials, and coordinate facility reservations while supporting enrollment tracking and completion reporting within the learning management system. Analyze training needs and career growth goals to recommend development activities, communicate with stakeholders on program roll-out, and maintain vendor relationships for procurement and spend tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Previous work experience as a trainer or facilitator
- Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Knowledge of change management methodology and best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- BA degree in Education, Training, HR, OD or related field
- 3+ years of progressive learning and development or instructional design experience
Desired Qualifications
- HRIS experience (Workday)
- Experience utilizing AI tools
- Certificates or Licenses in instructional design, facilitation and presentation, E-Learning development, etc.
