Job Summary
Manage end-to-end vendor purchasing for ready-stock and customized gifting products, coordinating with multiple vendors to confirm stock availability, pricing, MOQs, and delivery timelines. Work closely with the sales team to collect complete order details, including product specifications, branding methods, and packaging requirements, then act as the key coordination point between sales, vendors, and production teams for smooth order execution. Monitor production schedules, review artwork and mockups prior to production, and support quality checks to ensure branding standards are met before dispatch. Use Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Cliq to update order status, track timelines, and follow up on commitments.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of Experience in procurement, production coordination, or operations
- Familiarity with branding and customization processes
- Experience working with ERP/CRM platforms such as Zoho or similar systems
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
- Good negotiation and vendor follow-up skills
- High attention to detail to prevent requirement mismatches
- Strong problem-solving and risk-mitigation mindset
- Have a working understanding of logo customization techniques including: Screen Printing, Engraving, Laser Printing, UV Printing, Fabric / Textile Printing
