Senior Associate, Operational Due Diligence & Oversight

Job Summary
Plan and lead operational due diligence visits with external investment managers, covering governance, risk, compliance, people, investment operations and cybersecurity. Clearly document ODD assessments and maintain up-to-date manager information. Manage relationships with external managers and provide constructive feedback on expectations and requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory and operational change initiatives impacting external managers. Collaborate with Investments Legal to ensure contracts capture ODD and regulatory requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure external managers meet operational requirements on an ongoing basis. Review and manage external manager incidents, breaches and regulatory documentation, including GS007/SOC 1 reports and regulatory documentation. Maintain records and support continuous improvement of the ODD framework and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Legal or a related discipline; Bachelor's degree commonly expected
