Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries and provide support for Verizon services in an international voice process. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards and meeting quality and performance metrics on calls. Maintain professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with team members to improve processes. Requires excellent English communication skills and prior experience in international voice processes. Work five days with rotational shifts and two weeks off. Salary up to 4.6 LPA plus incentives. Located in Hitech City, Hyderabad.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 months of experience in international voice process
- Any Undergraduate (UG), Graduate (G), or Postgraduate (PG)
- Excellent English
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Previous experience in an international voice process
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle dynamic work environments
- Goal-oriented and target-driven
- Must be available for rotational shifts
- Must be available for 5 days working
- Must be available for 2 week-offs
