Job Summary
Manage end-to-end roster operations, including contract accuracy review, payer submission gatekeeping, and master roster maintenance to ensure data integrity before downstream delivery. Build deep expertise across market practices and payer relationships by producing network maps and analytics that inform strategy for leadership and field teams. Maintain accurate network data across Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel-based rosters while conducting regular self-audits and enforcing version control. Partner with Technology and Senior Manager of Strategic Operations to contribute to system design discussions, UAT, and build validation. Continuously identify workflow inefficiencies and lead the redesign and implementation of improved processes to support Diverge's growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data and analytics, or healthcare operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- Strong analytical ability
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position
- At this time, we are unable to support hiring in Alaska and Hawaii due to our primary operations being based in the Eastern and Central time zones
