Job Summary
Senior Associate - Merchant Strategy & Operations focusing on Merchant Retention; own sizing/modeling of deal opportunities, develop new processes to predict and prevent churn, and build compelling packages for the sales team. Collaborate with account teams to retain merchant selection on our platform, and make strategic tradeoffs to invest where it drives value. Requires 3+ years of experience in analytics/strategy/finance/ops, financial modelling, an analytical mindset, and a Bachelor's degree or higher; SQL experience is preferred. Located in Toronto, Canada (full-time).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, analytics or business operations experience
- Financial modelling experience is required
- An analytical mindset and ability to deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets; SQL experience is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
