Job Summary
Senior Mechanical Senior Associate/Project Manager responsible for managing all mechanical activities on multiple projects, interfacing with clients, and leading project delivery. Manages planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource utilization; oversees design development, production of working drawings, and construction administration; leads 1-2 direct reports and ensures client satisfaction and timely deliverables. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering (PE preferred), 10+ years in mechanical engineering (MEP), 7+ years mechanical design, 6+ years project management, and proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering required; PE highly preferred
- 10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in MEP
- 7+ years of mechanical design experience
- 6+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience independently leading projects; Strong understanding of project budgeting and preparation of proposals
- Excellent client facing and communication skills with experience presenting to high level (C-Suite) stakeholders
- Expert understanding of the construction process and interpretation of construction drawings
- AutoCAD and REVIT proficiency
