Job Summary
Senior Associate, Mechanical and Project Manager responsible for managing all mechanical activities on varied projects, client interfacing, leading project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, design development, and construction administration. Leads 1-2 direct reports while ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering; PE highly preferred; 10+ years of mechanical engineering in MEP with 7+ years of project management; strong client-facing communication; AutoCAD and REVIT proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering required
- PE highly preferred
- 10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in MEP with 7+ years of mechanical design experience
- 6+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience independently leading projects; Strong understanding of project budgeting and preparation of proposals
- Excellent client facing and communication skills with experience presenting to high level (C-Suite) stakeholders
- Expert understanding of the construction process and interpretation of construction drawings
- AutoCAD and REVIT proficiency
