Job Summary
Conduct litigation work in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort matters at MOODK's Manhattan, NY office. Manage case and file systems while tracking billable hours and utilizing LexisNexis for research. Maintain superior written and oral communication skills in a fast-paced environment requiring strong multitasking and attention to detail. Requires at least seven years of litigation experience and current active NY Bar membership in good standing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Case/File Management systems is essential. This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 with potential bonus compensation, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership within a regional firm.
Required Qualifications
- at least 7 years of litigation experience
- Current and active NY Bar membership in good standing
- Superior written and oral communications skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
- Familiarity with Case/File Management systems
