Senior Associate/Market Access & Pricing (Life Sciences practice)

Job Summary
Independently identify and design analytic tasks while contributing to the overall framework for consulting projects in the Life Sciences practice. Interface with client representatives to communicate developments and present results, draft reports or presentations, and manage project planning and budget efforts. Provide technical supervision to less-experienced staff by reviewing analyses and offering coaching, while also contributing to business development and drafting client proposals. This role requires strong knowledge of pricing and market access systems in Europe and globally, supported by a robust skills development program and a total rewards package including immigration assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacology, chemistry etc.) or a relevant analytical degree
- 3-6 years previous consulting experience
- Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis methods and techniques
- Proven staff and project management skills
- Client interaction, facilitation, presentation, budgeting, and project planning skills
- Strong knowledge of pricing and market access issues in the European markets (and globally)
- Occasional travel required
