Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end consulting projects for C-suite clients by identifying challenges, generating hypotheses, performing analyses, and delivering strategic recommendations. Manage client team members and junior consultants while driving overall project progress and handling stakeholder communication. Lead high-performing teams across diverse industries in both internal and client settings, coaching juniors and solving complex business issues. Work on core platforms including growth strategy, market expansion, and commercial due diligence for private equity firms.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Associate – 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Manager – 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp complex problems in a diverse range of industries
- Advanced analytical capabilities with both quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership qualities in managing teams, driving change, and collaboratively achieving ambitious goals
- High professional integrity and good relationship builder
- Highly motivated, with a strong personal drive and ambition
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a keen interest in contributing to a growing team
- Outstanding academic record from a top-tier academic institution
