Job Summary
Lead the execution of M&A projects on both the buy and sell side, managing full transaction processes from preparation through closing. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including due diligence operations with legal and tax advisors, while creating complex financial models and valuation scenarios. Prepare structured decision-making materials and manage client communications during negotiations and pitches. Mentor junior associates and analysts while developing firm analysis and process standards.
Required Qualifications
- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Festanstellung im M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity oder der Unternehmensberatung
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sehr sicherer Umgang mit Excel-Modellierung und PowerPoint
- Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung oder aktive Verantwortung von (Teil-)Projekten
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt und überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Ergebnisorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
