Job Summary
Manage complex operational processes across the loan trade lifecycle, including onboarding, trade records, closings, and exception management, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence. Serve as a subject matter expert and key escalation point for complex issues, providing expert support and guidance to clients and internal partners while proactively resolving problems to minimize client impact. Contribute to strategic initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, processes, and the overall client experience. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices to foster team development and operational consistency. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing while adhering to all operational controls and risk management practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Loan Operations, Financial Services, or Banking Operations
- strong understanding of syndicated loan market operations
- ClearPar workflows
- industry standards (LMA/LSTA knowledge)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes

- Working hours for this role are from 4 PM - 1 AM (MYT)
Desired Qualifications
- LMA/LSTA knowledge preferred
- Proven experience mentoring junior team members and serving as a subject matter expert in loan operations
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary loan trading processes and LMA/LSTA market standards
- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives, driving operational efficiencies, and participating in cross-functional projects
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
