Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain complex backend systems and scalable applications using Python and modern frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Integrate frontend components with React, Angular, or Vue to ensure seamless user experiences. Architect performant, low-latency systems optimized for scalability, security, and reliability while leading and mentoring a team of developers. Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical execution, manage delivery roadmaps, and troubleshoot production issues. Explore AI/ML techniques to enhance system capabilities. This high-impact role requires 4–7 years of Python experience and offers significant autonomy within RMgX Technologies' mission-critical AI-powered product development projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4–7 years of professional experience in Python development
- Proven experience in designing and delivering applications across backend and frontend
- Strong experience with at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
- Exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience leading development teams and owning delivery of projects
- Strong Python programming skills with knowledge of application architecture
- Ability to build complex, performant, and scalable systems
- Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Proficiency in frontend integration with backend services
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Structured and process-oriented working style with strong sense of ownership
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred but not mandatory
- Certifications or exposure in AI/ML
