Job Summary
Senior Associate - Legal responsible for drafting notices, responses, and communications (including deactivation notices, incentive letters, and operator communications), coordinating with sales and business teams on legal issues, evaluating and advising on regulatory and compliance matters related to TRAI regulations and Tariff Orders in the distribution business, supporting litigation before TDSAT and courts, briefing advocates, ensuring timely uploads in company systems, and guiding reference interconnect offers compliant with TRAI rules; requires a Law Graduate with 5-9 years of post-qualification experience, LL.M preferred, and experience in telecom/media/broadcast sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Law Graduate
- Master of Law (LL.M) preferred
- 5-9 years post-qualification experience
- experience in mid-to-large corporate or reputed law firm with telecom/media/broadcast clients
