Job Summary
Abstract key financial and legal information from lease agreements into client application software or spreadsheets, then populate critical data with interpretational assumptions into the Lease Abstract Form. Analyze lease data and financial information, specifically regarding CAM, taxes, insurance, and other expense recoveries. Requires strong written English communication, paraphrasing skills, and attention to detail to understand legal language. Ideal for graduates or laterals with 2-3 years of experience in lease abstraction or legal services within LPO divisions, with knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or JDE systems being an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Very good written English communication
- Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses
- Analytical and Reasoning skill
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement
- 2-3 Years of experience in Lease Abstraction Services or Legal Services –LPO Division
- Experience in the Real Estate/Legal Allied Services Domain
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in Yardi/MRI/JDE
