Job Summary
Senior Associate to join the Investment Team at KKR Keystone. Lead due diligence, build and oversee complex financial models, drive transaction execution from diligence through closing, monitor portfolio investment performance, prepare analyses and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees, and foster relationships with management teams and co-investors. Mentorship of junior team members and contribution to firm-wide strategic initiatives are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years prior experience in investment banking or private equity secondaries
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and adaptable team player with mentoring skills and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of meeting tight deadlines
