Job Summary
Supervise End Users and Trade Floor Support while managing endpoint systems, patch management, and cyber hygiene. Perform system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for treasury users across Refinitiv, Bloomberg, EBS, and Dealer Board platforms. Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory ledgers and liaise with external vendors for project implementation. Assist in IT project governance and collaborate with APAC regional and Head Office teams for system delivery. Requires 6+ years of IT experience, 2-3 years in supervision, and fluency in English and Cantonese.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in IT or related discipline
- At least 6 years' IT experience in sizeable firms
- Experience in banking industry
- 2-3 years in team supervision
- Solid experience in supporting and troubleshooting desktop applications
- Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure
- Experience with endpoint security and control systems
- Experience with Microsoft Windows
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with VMware
- Hands-on experience in trading systems
- Experience with Bloomberg
- Experience with Refinitiv/LSEG
- Experience with EBS
- Experience with dealer board
- Familiar with ITIL processes and control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Cantonese
