Senior Associate IS Analyst – Provisioning

Job Summary
Senior-level IS Analyst – Provisioning role in AMGEN’s Lisbon Capability Center focusing on identity provisioning governance. You will lead requirement gathering, translate business needs into functional specs for provisioning solutions, configure and monitor Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows in SailPoint, enforce provisioning governance policies, collaborate with IT/security/HR/legal, provide training and support for identity tools, assess security risks, perform audits, and support incident response. The role requires experience with SailPoint/SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, IAM processes, RBAC, cloud integrations, and strong communication for cross-functional teams. Hybrid work between Lisbon office and remote work is in place. A Master’s degree in information systems or equivalent experience is expected, with relevant experience in identity provisioning, governance, and security controls.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in information systems or related field OR Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of Information Systems experience or related field OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience or related field
- Experience with identity provisioning tools (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint)
- Knowledge of governance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience with IAM processes like RBAC and user lifecycle management
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
- Professional Certifications (CBAP preferred)
