Senior Associate (Investor Relations)

Job Summary
Review investor subscription documents, prepare confirmation and redemption letters, and send them to investors. Perform AML procedures and draft emails to facilitate the distribution of capital letters. Review capital letters prior to partners' final review of client deliverables, update the IPO worksheet, and distribute the list to the fund administration team. Requires knowledge of the alternative investment industry, particularly in investor relations, with AML/KYC compliance for the US and/or Cayman Islands preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented organization, and flexibility to expand work hours as necessary are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Has knowledge in the alternative investment industry particularly in investor relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and has very good organization skills
- Has good command of the English language, both oral and written
- Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance for United States and/or Cayman Islands preferred but not required
