Job Summary

Senior Associate, Integrated Marketing – Product Marketing owns end-to-end product marketing and integrated campaign execution for DoorDash’s affordability initiatives. You’ll develop go-to-market strategies, shape messaging and positioning, and drive full-funnel execution across in-app, CRM, paid social, and off-platform channels. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Legal, Creative, and channel specialists to bring campaigns to life, run user research to sharpen messaging, track performance, and optimize in-flight campaigns. This role blends strategic GTM planning with hands-on execution, requiring a creative eye, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while delivering measurable impact for consumers and the business.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of professional experience in product marketing or integrated marketing in a B2C environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • Experience developing go-to-market plans and launching new products, features, or benefits to consumers
  • Strong copywriting and asset creation skills; ability to produce or direct marketing creative (Figma a plus)
  • Analytical chops with data-driven decision-making; SQL a plus
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing channels - CRM, paid social, in-app, and off-platform; understanding of funnel dynamics
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, operations, legal, and channel teams
  • Project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple workstreams
  • Ownership mindset and bias for action; comfortable in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to translate UXR insights into messaging and channel strategies
  • Comfort with experimentation and A/B testing
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is advantageous
  • Experience with consumer-focused marketing and product launches
