Job Summary
Conduct Post-Merger Integrations and drive operational improvements across multiple companies by managing Day 1, 30, 60, and 100 milestones. Build and track relevant KPIs such as Time-to-Integration and synergies, while analyzing individual company performance to derive specific action plans. Implement group-wide standards, SOPs, and governance structures to support a scalable operating model, and collaborate closely with subsidiary business leaders to identify and execute best practices. Work directly with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling and COO to ensure defined initiatives are operationally realized within the Arsipa Group's Buy-&-Build strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Strategy & Beratung, Private Equity, Start-up/Scale-up oder vergleichbarem Umfeld mit operativem Fokus
- Erste Erfahrung in Integration, Transformation oder Multi-Company-Setups
- Fähigkeit, Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben und umzusetzen
- Hohe Umsetzungsstärke, analytisches Denken und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
