Senior Associate II, ServiceNow Developer

Senior Associate II, ServiceNow Developer at Kyndryl contributing to design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM solutions. You will implement components using design documentation and specifications, ensure components are documented and unit-tested, and prepare them for integration. Responsibilities include architecting solutions, testing code, building CI/CD pipelines, providing work estimates, and guiding features and technologies. You will create and enhance CMDB data models, data loads, discovery probes/sensors, and patterns; review CMDB customizations, maintain data integrity, and operate discovery and service-mapping activities. You will configure standard reports and dashboards (including CMDB dashboards), manage MID-server for Discovery, and maintain CMDB SOPs. Collaboration with CI Owners, Configuration Manager, and client stakeholders is expected, along with troubleshooting data-quality issues, reconciliation activities, and periodic updates to entry points. The role supports a cloud-based managed services environment and offers a hybrid-friendly culture with opportunities for growth and certification goals. Preferred experience includes a Bachelor’s degree and ServiceNow certification, with a path toward higher bands and leadership roles within the software discipline.
