Job Summary
Senior HR Talent Management Associate responsible for supporting the EMEA HR/Talent Management team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Primary duties include day-to-day HR matters across multiple European jurisdictions, end-to-end lifecycle ownership (probation reviews, leaver processes, parental leave documentation), HR reporting and data insights for leadership and board meetings, guidance on employee relations matters, Workday process management for the EMEA population, and collaboration with HR Business Partners and clients to drive employee engagement and compliance. The role emphasizes project ownership, data-driven insights, and proactive support across HR processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Workday experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- HR Operations experience
- HR metrics reporting
- In-country leaves and statutory filings knowledge
- EMEA HR operations experience
