Senior Associate, HR Integration, M&A Strategy

Job Summary
Senior Associate to perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investors. Collaborate with cross-functional integration and separation teams on the HR portion of engagements, focusing on establishing and merging compensation and benefits platforms. Assist with identifying HR, compensation and benefit plan exposures in HR due diligence. Contribute to the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, and delivery of client-ready materials, and communicate results to clients. Support benchmarking and refinement of compensation programs (salary, cash incentives, and equity compensation) during transactional and transformational situations. Maintain integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment, with willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
- Minimum three years of actuarial or general consulting experience in the valuation, design, administration, and implementation of employee benefit and compensation plans with a top accounting or benefits consulting firm
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project; be on track to attain FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP and/or CEP designations
- Highly motivated, self-starter, team player, with positive attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
