Job Summary
Develop position specifications and create search strategies in tandem with Consultants while conducting industry research to map executive talent landscapes. Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest, obtain referrals, and collect market intelligence, then conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle, write assessments, and present candidates to clients. Assist with business development materials and contribute to client relationship management by sustaining connections with senior executives. Maintain status and client-ready reports, manage multiple concurrent projects, and ensure accuracy and integrity of all search information.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years professional experience
- minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
- An undergraduate BA/BS degree
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition
- other industry requiring applied sales and research skills
- Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams
- Experience targeting potential candidates and developing pitch materials
- Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels
- Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information into insights
- Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM
