Job Summary

Senior Associate on the Family Office Management Team responsible for day-to-day functional group work of the Family Office department, including trade reconciliations, asset transfers, account maintenance, tax payments, RMDs, capital calls and redemptions, charitable gifting, and client meeting materials. Supports service queues (Salesforce-based) such as Money movement, Subscription documents, and Tax payment queues; ensures CRM data is up to date; assists with document management and client paperwork, as well as firm-wide initiatives. Requires BS/BA and 8+ years of industry experience; proficient in Salesforce, Practifi, and CRM software; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; highly organized and collaborative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Location: Boston, MA (US)

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree
  • minimum of 8 years of related industry experience
  • Knowledge of investment and financial planning concepts
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Practifi, and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with others
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
