Job Summary
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, and contract execution. Research, identify, and engage target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms; run tailored discovery calls and product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value; build relationships with decision-makers across complex commercial real estate organizations; utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to manage opportunities and improve performance; develop repeatable prospecting systems and AI-powered workflows that increase efficiency and effectiveness; collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, sales process, and go-to-market strategy; learn the CRE industry from the ground up while becoming a trusted advisor to prospects and clients.
