Job Summary
Senior Associate Game Animator responsible for creating high-caliber 2D animations with strong motion graphics quality. Collaborates with Senior and Lead Animators, iterates through feedback, maintains organized asset files, and documents created art assets. Must be proficient in 2D animation tools (After Effects, Unity, Photoshop) and comfortable with industry-standard plugins (Trapcode Suite, Boris FX, Saber, Element 3D). Experience with Spine 2D, Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya is expected, along with solid typography and asset-export capabilities. The role emphasizes production-quality animation for casino-style gaming experiences and requires professional communication and time-management within a fast-paced team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts in art/animation (preferred)
- 2+ years previous experience as Animator in a production environment
- Proficient in 2D Animation, After Effects, Unity, Photoshop
- Exposure to Spine 2D tool for sprite rigging and animation
- Knowledge of Blender, 3ds Max or Maya
- Strong typography and file management skills
