Job Summary
Senior Associate in the Funds group at Norm Law/Norm Ai responsible for the formation, negotiation, and management of investment vehicles, leveraging AI agents to enhance drafting, comparison, and negotiation of fund documents such as limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and side letters. The role includes investor negotiations, regulatory coordination with SEC, CFTC, and ERISA, knowledge management of precedent clauses and negotiation patterns, and collaborating with technology teams to improve deal processes. Must have JD and U.S. bar admission, 4–6 years of experience in funds or financial transactions, strong drafting/negotiation/analytical skills, and a demonstrated willingness to use AI tools; no prior AI experience required. This is a full-time attorney role with compensation in the listed range and relocation support for NYC if needed.

- Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4-6 years of experience in investment funds, investment management, or financial transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
