Job Summary
Senior Associate, Fullstack Developer, SRE & Governance in Group Technology. Build and maintain real-time, distributed, and highly secure systems; develop frontend UIs and backend APIs for observability and monitoring; drive CI/CD with Docker/OpenShift; ensure code quality, security, and operational resilience; collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable banking technology solutions. Responsibilities include enhancing observability through interactive charts/maps, applying AI to increase application resiliency, and contributing to secure software delivery and incident response.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, or related technical field that involves programming, or combination of equivalent practical experience and education.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in software development
- Significant experience with Node.js, Java Spring Boot, ReactJS
- Significant experience in relational database such as MariaDB
- Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with a preference for OpenShift (OCP) environments
- Experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Grafana, Kafka
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and API security standards, including OAuth2, access control, and secrets management
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adopt new skills, including existing and emerging technologies like Agentic AI
