Job Summary
Senior Associate for The Lighthouse in KPMG’s Consulting practice. Design and implement scalable software systems using Java, Python, and React JS within a microservice architecture; mentor junior developers; lead code reviews; implement CI/CD pipelines with Maven; deploy and manage applications in AWS or Azure; work with GenAI and large language models; travel as required; no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of full stack development and programming experience with proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong expertise in Java, Python, and React JS and proficiency with Spring Boot, and Kubernetes
- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture with a solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices with experience with GenAI and large language models (LLM)
- Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Maven, familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Ability to travel
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
