Senior Associate FP&A

Job Summary
Senior Associate FP&A responsible for coordinating forecast and budget activities with SBUs, consolidating regional inputs, and preparing the company’s annual budget and monthly forecasts. Includes analysis of variances, investment analysis (NPV/IRR/ROE, capital requirements, cash flows), cross-functional leadership across AES for high-pressure projects, and preparation of executive-level reports and presentations with business cases and sensitivities. Requires strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, and the ability to tell a business story from numbers; experience with data analytics, dashboards, and related technologies (PowerBI, Anaplan, etc.) is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in FP&A or business valuation analysis
- Strong data analytics & business acumen
- Experience preparing and reviewing complex models in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- GAAP understanding and financial reporting experience
