Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end project management for investment transactions across loan portfolios, real estate, and middle-market financing. Provide direction and oversight to implementation teams during product and post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and development teams, acting as a Business Analyst for platform features and issue resolution. Address client-specific needs through ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting to enhance outcomes. Mentor team members to ensure high performance and quality while resolving stakeholder conflicts through mediation and negotiation. This role requires an MBA or PGDM with a mandatory B.E./B.Tech, PMP certification, and advanced Excel, Macros, and SQL skills. Full-time employment with flexible shift options is available.
Required Qualifications
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT or related fields
- B.E./B.Tech
