Job Summary
Senior Associate, Fixed Income Operations based in Letterkenny (2 days a week in the office). Supports the Global Portfolio Administration Team by producing daily and monthly NAV and position reconciliations for PGIM Fixed Income funds, reviewing reconciliations with custodian banks and accounting agents to prevent and resolve NAV discrepancies, and independently researching and resolving position-related discrepancies. The role involves proactive communication with business partners, identifying and mitigating process inefficiencies, and building relationships across multiple countries to ensure service levels. A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or relevant work experience is required; strong Excel skills are essential, with SQL knowledge a plus. The position emphasizes accuracy, time-sensitivity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or relevant work experience
- Prior experience in accounting or custody operations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases and large datasets a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Determination and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple tasks both independently and on a team
