Job Summary
Represent lenders and borrowers in complex financial transactions across syndicated loans, leveraged finance, securitization, renewable energy project finance, and public bond teams. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents with precision while collaborating with legal professionals to deliver innovative solutions for blue-chip clients. Requires 5+ years of finance transactional law experience, preferably from an Am Law 200 firm, with bar admission in North or South Carolina. This role offers a strategic partnership model within a nationally recognized firm actively expanding its financial services practice.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of finance transactional law experience
- Must have a strong working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions
- Must be currently barred in North Carolina or South Carolina (or eligible to waive in immediately)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience at an Am Law 200 firm
