Senior Associate - Financial Reporting

Senior Associate - Financial Reporting role supporting the AVP, Financial Reporting in preparing and delivering high-quality financial reporting across US GAAP, US Statutory, and Bermuda regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual US GAAP, JGAAP, US Statutory, and Bermuda financial statements; supporting Group consolidation and intercompany eliminations; performing flux and variance analysis; producing management reporting and analytics for decision-making; coordinating regulatory returns and submissions for Bermuda; assisting with internal controls and J-SOX compliance; conducting technical accounting research and contributing to position papers; partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and transparency; providing day-to-day mentorship to junior team members. Requirements include 3-6 years of experience, Big 4 public accounting background, CPA or Bermuda equivalent designation, strong knowledge of US GAAP with exposure to Bermuda regulatory reporting, experience in multi-entity and multi-GAAP environments, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
