Job Summary
Senior Associate will provide accounting, finance, valuation, and portfolio and asset management support within the FOA team. Responsibilities include applying accounting principles and financial analysis, calculating property and debt valuations, reviewing and approving acquisitions/dispositions and waterfall calculations, reviewing financial statements and schedules, and forecasting IRRs and time-weighted returns with analytical observations for Portfolio & Asset Management. The role requires analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
