Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence conducts in-depth financial analyses to support acquisition/divestiture opportunities; prepares detailed client deliverables and reports; participates in client meetings; collaborates with engagement team members to support integrated deal insights; analyzes quality of earnings, normalized performance, and working capital; applies judgment to identify issues, trends, and risks relevant to transaction decision-making; travel as required by engagement needs; preferred CPA progress and strong analytical and communication skills for client-facing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–6 years of experience
