Senior Associate in Finance Risk Management supporting FRM across the Finance organization. Responsible for collaborating on diverse finance processes, scoping and planning risk activities for large initiatives, and ensuring adherence to policies. Key activities include risk analysis, regulatory change assessment, audit support, governance documentation (process flows, data maps, procedures, presentation materials), and collaboration with 2nd/3rd line-of-defense partners to deliver risk-based decisions. Must synthesize information from disparate sources to influence business, product, and tech leaders, and communicate effectively across audiences. Proactive, autonomous self-starter with end-to-end ownership of workstreams, and comfort operating within a broad Finance stakeholder network. Proficiency in Visio or Lucidchart and Google Suite is preferred. The role does not sponsor work authorization for new applicants. Total compensation includes base salary ranges by location and potential incentive compensation.
