Senior Associate, FCO Data Integration

Senior Associate, FCO Data Integration role focused on delivering centralised financial crime data assets and supporting data-driven delivery within NAB’s FC transformation. Core duties include analyzing and manipulating complex, high-volume data sets using SQL and/or Python; translating business requirements into data and tech deliverables; managing and communicating with a broad range of stakeholders; identifying and resolving blockers in data delivery to ensure speed to outcome; gathering data requirements for large-scale data engineering or analytics projects; assisting with writing and executing UAT and BVT for data use cases; acting as a trusted SME in technical requirement elicitation for data/tech or reporting delivery; partnering with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Engineering teams across high-priority data and tech projects; providing recommendations and solutions based on data analysis; clearly communicating and documenting data quality issues and their impact. The role also requires familiarity with big data concepts, core banking data and technology systems, Agile SDLC, and knowledge of API and UI design is useful.
