Job Summary
Senior Associate Experience Strategist focused on improving how associates experience work—from onboarding through growth. Turns associate feedback and data into practical programs, changes, and improvements by partnering with HR and business leaders to design scalable solutions. Responsibilities include leading or facilitating sessions on onboarding, performance feedback, and career development; translating feedback into visuals and summaries; designing and piloting new associate programs; simplifying complex HR topics; running pilots and determining success, then scaling successful initiatives; collaborating with HR functions (Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, Inclusion) and cross-functional partners; using surveys, focus groups, and exit data to identify gaps; partnering with People Analytics to measure impact; and communicating findings to senior leaders. Skills include facilitation, journey mapping, design thinking, service design, data interpretation, and strong communication; ability to manage programs with follow-through and work in a fast-changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development, Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, experience design, or consulting—experience in large, complex organizations is a strong plus
