Job Summary
Senior Associate in PwC's Executive Reward team advises on strategic executive compensation, including plan design, benchmarking, ESG target setting, governance, tax considerations, implementation and communication. The role involves designing incentive plans for management in M&A contexts, advising on legal aspects of executive remuneration, and delivering integrated, practical solutions in collaboration with ~15 multidisciplinary colleagues. The candidate should hold a university degree (e.g., business, HR, or law), be able to engage with leading executives, manage time and work independently, be curious and develop as an executive rewards specialist, and communicate effectively in English and/or Dutch.
