Job Summary
As a Senior Associate in the Executive Reward team, you will be responsible for providing strategic compensation advice to various corporate functions, including Board members and legal departments. Key tasks include support in Executive compensation planning, incentive plan design during M&A transactions, and advising on legal aspects of executive compensation. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to professional development in this multidisciplinary team. A legal background is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business sciences, human resource management, or law
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in providing tailored advice to clients
