Job Summary
Conduct strategic policy advice, major projects, and transactions across litigation and dispute resolution for public and private sector clients. Act for Federal, State, and local government agencies, ASX100 listed companies, and multinational corporations on diverse matters spanning environment, planning, ESG, climate change, and regulated industry laws. Lead challenging work involving large-scale development, infrastructure, and project-based land acquisition while mentoring junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years PQE gained within a reputable commercial law firm
- demonstrated time spent in a senior associate capacity
- Excellent academic results
- Well-rounded experience in a reputable environment and planning practice
- demonstrated exposure across transactional, advisory and litigious P&E matters
- Refined drafting skills
- demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
