Job Summary
Lead facility plant operations for respective Fabs, coordinating with all FMS staff to ensure timely responses to issues and complaints. Manage manpower and logistic resources for optimal usage while overseeing incident escalation procedures and supporting Fab impact incident investigations. Represent all Fab operational issues in daily pass-down meetings and follow up with System Engineers. Serve as an ERT member to ensure Plant Emergency Response Procedures are followed at all times. Perform activities safely while supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements. Requires a Mechanical, Electrical & Controls, or Chemical Engineering degree with at least three years of M&E or UPW system experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree course ( Mechanical / Electrical & Controls / Chemical Engineering
- At least 3 years of work experience on M & E or UPW system
- Hands-on working skills on M&E or UPW system e.g. troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Team Player
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
