Job Summary
Senior Associate in Energy & Resources (Commercial & Regulatory law) based in Melbourne on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Advises on major government and commercial energy projects, drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements, and provides strategic regulatory advice and compliance guidance to clients across government and corporate sectors. Works with partners and senior lawyers, engages with a broad client base, and contributes to significant energy matters in the market. Focuses on contract drafting, regulatory advisory work, and facilitating commercial and policy objectives within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to practice in Victoria
- 5+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial and regulatory law
