Job Summary
Senior Associate, Electrical responsible for managing electrical design activities across projects, client interfacing, leading project delivery, budgeting and scheduling, overseeing design development, production of working drawings, and construction administration. Will manage the project team (leading 1-2 direct reports), mentor less experienced engineers, and provide engineering + design direction. Requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (PE highly preferred), with 13+ years of electrical design in MEP and 6+ years of project management experience; proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT; strong client-facing and communication skills; deep understanding of construction processes and interpretation of construction drawings; ability to lead projects end-to-end and coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
- PE highly preferred
- 13+ years of design experience as an Electrical Engineer in MEP
- 6+ years of Project Management experience preferred
- AutoCAD and REVIT proficiency
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
